She can help you learn the basics of intuitive eating so you can live free from the bondage of dieting, yo-yo weight changes, and worry about food and eating.

    Nicole Lyon (above on left) is a Hatha registered yoga teacher passionate about helping people build strength both mentally and physically through yoga. She aims to bring curiosity and balance to her classes. She is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, specializing in digestive disorders and improving mindset with food and eating.
